Cheese tacos are delicious

Baked nachos with salsa and cheese

ingredients

  • 1 packet (200 g each) tortilla chips (Salt Natural)
  • 250 ml tomato and chilli salsa
  • 80 g grated, medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 stalk of flat leaf parsley

preparation

Spread the chips on ovenproof plates. Pour the salsa on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes until the cheese runs but doesn't get too hard. Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into fine strips. Sprinkle with gratinated nachos.
